AFP and neoplasm: In the univariable analysis focusing on the entire cohort (Table 2), the Child–Pugh class (vs. A: HzR = 1.28, 95%CI = 1.01–1.62), diameter of the main tumor (vs. <5: HzR = 2.28, 95%CI = 1.86–2.80), location of lesions (vs. unilobar: HzR = 1.50, 95%CI = 1.26–1.79), intrahepatic tumor number (vs. ≤3: HzR = 1.55, 95%CI = 1.30–1.86), AFP level (vs. <25: HzR = 1.63, 95%CI = 1.33–2.00), LDH level (vs. <245; HzR = 1.61, 95%CI = 1.36–1.92), and the PLT level (vs. <150: HzR = 1.33, 95%CI = 1.12–1.57) were significantly associated with survival (all p < 0.05).
