A total of 33 genes (ALDH1A1, ALDOC, BACE2, BATF3, CA9, CALD1, COL5A1, DR1, EGLN3, ELOB, HBP1, HK1, ID2, KRT14, LRP8, NOS1, NOS2, PDK3, PLOD2, PSMA2, PSMA7, PSMB6, PSMC1, PSMC4, PTGS1, RPS27A, SIAH2, SLC16A1, SORL1, TGM2, THBS1, TPD52, and UBA52) were identified to have a significant prognostic value in patients with AML (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ALDH1A1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
