Furthermore, the K-M survival analysis result showed that AML patients with high expression of THBS1, CCL5, and CXCL5 could have a poor prognosis (p <0.05), but patients with a high expression level of CXCL12, HGF, GNG2, lncRNA SNPRA31, and lncRNA UCA1 could have a good prognosis (p <0.05) (Figure 8).
