We used WB to test the expression levels of phosphorylated AKT and P38, ERK1/2 and JNK after knockdown of exogenous KIF4A in ESCC cells, with the purpose of studying the effect of KIF4A on PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways, and the results showed that all the markers above decreased in KIF4A knockdown cells. Here, MAPK14 is linked to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
