The differential expression of SEC61G between the tumor and adjacent normal tissues is shown in Fig. 1D. SEC61G mRNA expression was significantly higher in bladder, breast, colorectal, esophageal, head and neck, kidney, liver, gastric, lung, prostate, gastric cancers and cholangiocarcinoma compared with the corresponding normal tissues (Fig. 1D).
