The combination model was a better predictor for OS with a higher AUC value (AUC = 0.81; specificity = 83.33% and sensitivity = 80.52%; Figure 5m) than the independent predictors of CD66b (AUC = 0.62), BDNF (AUC = 0.64), CysLT1R (AUC = 0.60) and the combination of CD66b, BDNF and CysLT1R expression (AUC = 0.70, Figure 5m) was seen in colon cancer patients.
