Sitravatinib and crizotinib, two multi-RTK inhibitors that inhibit the YAP–AXL axis, among others, are used extensively to treat cancer [54,55]; unfortunately, they showed no effective response in SMARCA4 KO cells, whereas verteporfin and CA3, which decrease YAP1 expression [56,57], exhibited activity in this context.
