Seven missense mutations were found in 50 patients in six different genes: RAD51D (two cases), MRE11A, CHEK2, MLH1, PALB2, and MSH6. The authors proved that the presence of mutations in the RAD51D, MRE11, and PALB2 genes creates the risk of developing TN breast cancer [35]. This evidence concerns the gene RAD51D and breast carcinoma.
