A new missense mutation has been found in the CABP4 gene encoding the neuronal binding protein Ca2+4 (CaBP4), including 11 individuals diagnosed with ADSHE a (p.G155D) in the Ca2+4 binding protein (CABP4) in a Chinese family with autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy [114]. Here, CABP4 is linked to autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy.
