If we consider the systemic treatment administered (anti-PD-1 vs. anti-CTLA4), a higher LC was observed in patients with melanoma when anti-PD-1 was used with rates of 80–96% [17,20,27,28,34] versus anti-CTLA4 with rates of 16.5–100% [14,15,16,25,29]. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is melanoma.
