We found that shared DEGs (e.g., ATP1B3, RAF1 and STAT5B), hub genes (GPRASP2 and AMIGO1) and reporter metabolites (pentanoyl-CoA, hexanoyl-CoA, (2E)-hexenoyl-CoA and acetate) associated with AD progression are involved in signalling and energy metabolism. This evidence concerns the gene ATP1B3 and Alzheimer disease.
