TSC2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Our RNAseq data showing that levels of PKD1 mRNA in TSC2−/− AML organoids were comparable to mRNA levels in TSC+/− and TSC+/+ kidney organoids, indicated that the cystogenic mechanisms are solely driven by the loss of TSC2.
