It has been shown that, in breast cancer, MKL1 was positively correlated with C100rf54, CD27, CD40, CD70, inducible T-cell costimulator ligand, interleukin (IL) 6, TNF receptor superfamily member (TNFRSF) 13 B, TNFRSF 13C, TNFRSF 14, TNFRSF 25, TNFRSF 4, and TNFRSF 8, all of which positively modulate the immune response (Figure 6A). Here, CD70 is linked to breast cancer.
