The survival analysis indicated that the mRNA expression level of CSPP1, the parent gene of circCSPP1, was positively associated with the biochemical recurrence (BCR), free survival, and overall survival (OS) in prostate cancer (i.e., patients with higher CSPP1 expression had significantly worse outcomes than those with lower CSPP1 expression) (Figures S1C and S1D). This evidence concerns the gene CSPP1 and prostate cancer.
