LOXHD1 and asthma: Compared to that in normal and non-severe samples, the GM0-up related to calcium ion trans-membrane transport (6.3%, p = 0.004, i.e., P2RY12, LOXHD1 and CACNB4) and negative regulation of endopeptidase activity (4.7%, p = 0.04, i.e., SERPINB3 and SERPINB4) was abnormally high expressed in severe asthma across all subtypes.
