TP53 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Previous studies indicated that curcumin may inhibit cancer growth and induce apoptosis in colon cancer cells (Dasiram et al., 2017), ameliorate the in vitro efficacy of carfilzomib in human multiple myeloma cells (Allegra et al., 2018), promote apoptosis in non-small cell lung cancer (Ye et al., 2015), and inhibit cell growth in nasopharyngeal carcinoma mediated via the TP53 signaling pathway (Wu et al., 2014).
