Interestingly, when we used AKTiVIII (Akt/mTOR inhibitors) combined with narciclasine to treat gastric cancer cells, the conversion level of LC3-II was significantly increased compared with the narciclasine group, while the expression levels of p-AKT and p-mTOR decreased (Fig. 6g-i).
