LYPD5 and breast cancer: Supplemental Figure 5, D and E, shows the intercept of differentially expressed genes encoding N-glycosylated, metastasis-associated proteins for both GE data sets. Among these, adhesion molecules including EpCAM and motility proteins including CNTN1 were increased in metastases compared with PT (Supplemental Figure 5E). Supplemental Figure 4 displays full GE data for the reported genes, highlighting the importance of N-glycosylated adhesion proteins similar to EpCAM in BC metastasis.
