We selected an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) nanobody30, which is a low molecular weight VHH antibody fragment that can bind to the EGFR on cancer cell surface as a targeting molecule to enable cell-specific delivery of siRNA and the cationic peptide Arginine 9 (R9), a molecule that can interact with siRNA and penetrate the cell membrane.
