To further characterize that NF-κB activation involved miR-378a-3p-mediated in HCC angiogenesis, we compared the cells transfected with miR-378a-3p NC, mimic, and mimic combined with LPS, the activator of NF-κB pathway, LPS reversed the proliferation, migration, invasion and angiogenesis abilities inhibitions of miR-378a-3p and the results were also confirmed by the transfection of miR-378a-3p inhibitor and SN50, the inhibitor of NF-κB pathway (Fig. S2A-J). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
