The KEGG results showed that the targets were mainly enriched in the following: the AGE-RAGE (advanced glycation end products-receptor for advanced glycation end products) signaling pathway involving diabetic complications, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, endocrine resistance, the TNF signaling pathway, bladder cancer, human cytomegalovirus infection, the HIF-1 signaling pathway, and the VEGF signaling pathway, and these represented 123 articles. This evidence concerns the gene AGER and urinary bladder cancer.
