The results showed that six genes (BOLA3-AS1, AC124067.4, AL161772.1, SALL4, PHYHIPL, and TNFSF11) were significantly associated with the COAD immune subtype (p < 0.05), indicating that these seven genes could modulate tumor immune functions at the genetic level. Here, PHYHIPL is linked to colon adenocarcinoma.
