AKT1 and AKT2 were significantly overexpressed in GC (Supplementary Figures 4A, 5A), and their high expression was significantly correlated with poor prognosis of GC (Supplementary Figures 4B, 5B), but not with staging, PHLDB2, and EMT-related markers (Supplementary Figures 4C–E, 5C–E). This evidence concerns the gene AKT2 and gastric cancer.
