The elevated expression of AKT3 was significantly related to the progression of GC stage (Supplementary Figure 6B), poor prognosis of GC (Figure 7A), the expression of EMT-related markers (Figure 7B and Supplementary Figure 6C), NR2F1-AS1/miR-190a/PHLDB2 axis (Figure 7D) and EMT process (Figure 7C). Here, NR2F1 is linked to gastric cancer.
