After the differentiation of GSCs induced by ATRA, the expression of CD133 was significantly downregulated, while the expression of CD133 in GCs was low, and the expression of CD133 in ATRA-GCs was the weakest, indicating that the suspension spherical stem cell-like glioma cells cultured by GSC-M are glioma stem cells (Figure 3(a)).
