Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum PDGF and EGF levels were positively correlated with the pregnancy outcome of PCOS patients (r = 0.694, r = 0.725, P < 0.001), and serum sFlt-1 level was negatively correlated with the pregnancy outcome of PCOS patients (r = −0.586, P < 0.001), as shown in Table 4. This evidence concerns the gene EGF and polycystic ovary syndrome.
