The most prevalent significantly mutated genes in melanoma such as BRAF, NRAS, KRAS, HRAS, and NF1 were also explored; the results indicated that the high-FRGs score group have lower mutation frequencies in NRAS, KRAS, and NF1 compared to the low-FRGs score group (Figure 5(d)). The gene discussed is BRAF; the disease is melanoma.
