The results indicated the genotypic frequencies of PPARG rs17793951 AG in low-responders was higher than that in responders (p = 0.001), and the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that AG genotype was correlated with a higher risk of low responsiveness to influenza vaccine adjusted for gender and age (OR = 2.94, 95% CI = 1.67–5.19). The gene discussed is PPARG; the disease is influenza.
