Pathway enrichment analysis indicated that the differences between these two groups were concentrated in the KEGG pathways of “Graft vs. host disease”, “primary immunodeficiency”, and “allograft rejection” (Supplementary Table S7) and Reactome pathways related to co-stimulation by the CD28 family, generation of second messenger molecules, and cytokine signaling in the immune system (Supplementary Table S8). This evidence concerns the gene CD28 and inborn error of immunity.
