Based on the druggable targets from 6125 compounds, five potential therapeutic targets (AURKA, CCNB1, CDC25C, HMMR, and CENPE) were identified, and five agents (oligomycin A, panobinostat, (+)-JQ1, voxtalisib, and arcyriaflavin A) were screened from CTRP- and PRISM-derived drug response data for high-risk breast cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene AURKA and breast carcinoma.
