As for comorbidities at the time of survey, patients with diagnostic delay were more likely to have musculoskeletal conditions (AOR: 1.78, 95%CI: 1.06-2.97, P=0.026) and endocrine-metabolic conditions other than diabetes (AOR: 1.67, 95%CI: 1.03-2.70, P=0.038) after adjusting for age, sex, smoking, GH level at the latest follow-up, and types of treatment received after being diagnosed with acromegaly. Here, GH1 is linked to diabetes mellitus.
