CDC25A and neoplasm: The tumours in the sorafenib-injected mice implanted with Cdc25A-transfected cells (sorafenib + Cdc25A) were consistently and significantly larger than those in sorafenib-injected mice bearing vector-transfected cells (sorafenib + vector) (Fig. 8A–C), suggesting that overexpression of Cdc25A inhibits the anti-tumour effect of sorafenib.
