Here, based on previous research, we further investigated the effect of EF on: (i) the proliferation, migration, and apoptosis of human fibroblast-like synoviocytes in rheumatoid arthritis (HFLS-RA); (ii) osteoclast differentiation in RAW264.7 cells; (iii) bone destruction via the NF-κB pathway in a rat model of CIA. Here, NFKB1 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
