In addition, as shown in Figure 4h and i, the decreased rate of cell proliferation induced by NR2F1-AS1 knockdown was partially increased by Oe-ST8SIA1, suggesting that the overexpression of ST8SIA1 may partly abolish the inhibitory effects of NR2F1-AS silencing on GC cell proliferation. This evidence concerns the gene ST8SIA1 and gastric cancer.
