Figure 1C shows that OSBPL3 expression was higher in multiple cancer groups, including bladder, brain, breast, cervical, colorectal, liver, lung, ovarian, and pancreatic cancers as well as leukemia and lymphoma. The pooling analysis results of over 40 reports confirmed that OSBPL3 is highly upregulated in different kinds of cancers than in normal tissues—pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, and cervical cancer (all p < 0.05) (Supplementary Figures S4A–E). Here, OSBPL3 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
