Studies have found that IGF2BP3 is closely associated with the occurrence of leukemia (36), atypical hyperplasia of Barrett’s esophagus (37), pancreatic duct neoplasia (38) and atypical endometriosis (39), etc. These evidences indicate that IGF2BP3 may play an important role in the occurrence of tumors. Here, IGF2BP3 is linked to leukemia.
