The results (Figures 8A,B) revealed seven immune-related genes (CCR4, CD19, TNFSF8, SH2D1A, ICOS, IGKV1D-39, and TNFRSF17) could potentially influence the immunophenotyping of pancreatic cancer. The gene discussed is TNFRSF17; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
