The correlation between the number of immune cells and immune infiltration score in the four immune subtypes of pancreatic cancer samples was analyzed, the results of which revealed that T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory activated, NK cell resting, NK cell activated, Mast cell activated, and Neutrophils were significantly correlated with immune infiltration score (Figure 6B). Here, CD8A is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
