Among “Cardiovascular System” the highest frequency of PPOs was associated with “angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor with systolic heart failure and/or documented coronary artery disease” (A6; 17.4%; Table 5), and “antiplatelet therapy (aspirin, clopidogrel, prasugrel or ticagrelor, with a documented history of coronary, cerebral or peripheral vascular disease)” (A3; 13.7%; Table 5).
