Paul et al. (2020) proved that MYLK mutated in metastatic breast cancer prior to primary breast cancer. Liu et al. (2020) identified three core genes (including MYLK) related to prostate cancer by bioinformatics analysis, and MYLK is considered as a promising diagnostic marker. MYLK, a downregulated gene in non-small cell lung cancer tissue, may be related to cancer metastasis (Tan and Chen, 2014). This evidence concerns the gene MYLK and prostate carcinoma.
