To further assess the influence of these genes on the survival of HCC patients, we performed survival analyses and found that 9 MRGs (TFE3, PHB, HIF1A, TOMM70, HTRA2, ATG7, TIGAR, ATG9A, and MAP1LC3B2) were correlated with a poor prognosis (all adjusted P < 0.05, Figures 2(c)–2(k)), whereas GABAPAPL1 was reversed (adjusted P < 0.05, Figure 2(b)). The gene discussed is ATG9A; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
