We then used the same analysis process for GSE65904 cohort, and found that IL27 was also significantly correlated with these tumor-infiltrating immune cells in this cohort as well (Pearson correlation test; R = 0.34, R = 0.28, R = 0.23, respectively; Supplementary Figures S2D–J), further highlighting the role of IL27 in anti-tumor immunity.
