We further evaluated the therapeutic potential of targeting CREBBP using three separate in vivo models of HNSCC, two harboring mutant CREBBP and one with wild-type CREBBP. In the first study, we used the CREBBP mutant cell line UM-SCC-47 to generate tumors in the mouse flank. The gene discussed is CREBBP; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
