This suggested that MYL9 played a strong role in regulating immune cell infiltration, with a particularly strong effect on CD8+T cell infiltration in BLCA, on B cell, CD8+T cell, CD4+T cell, macrophage, neutrophil, DC infiltration in LGG, and on Neutrophil infiltration in MESO. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
