We also used the Kaplan–Meier plotter dataset to assess how the expression of MYL9 related to prognosis in a series of tumor types, revealing that its reduction was significantly linked with a greater OS in ovarian cancer and gastric cancer, a greater first progression (FP) in lung cancer and gastric cancer, and a better post progression survival (PPS) in breast cancer, ovarian cancer and gastric cancer (Figure 2M–T). Here, MYL9 is linked to ovarian cancer.
