In this study, we also investigated the effects of the immune infiltrating of B cell, CD8+T cell, CD4+T cell, macrophage, neutrophil, DC, and the expression of MYL9 on CS in different cancers, and results indicated that MYL9 played a strong role in regulating immune cell infiltration, with a particularly strong effect on CD8+T cell infiltration in BLCA, on B cell, CD8+T cell, CD4+T cell, macrophage, neutrophil, DC infiltration in LGG, and on neutrophil infiltration in MESO. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
