Furthermore, we found that MYL9 expression correlated with the markers of monocyte, TAM, M1 and M2 macrophage, Tregs, and exhausted T cells, indicating that MYL9 may be capable of regulating the polarization of macrophages and may play a role in immune escape in STAD and COAD.
