MAGEA9 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: The upregulated component enriched for the cancer subtypes Bladder urothelialcarcinoma (BLCA), Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC) and Lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC) showed interactions among proteins belonging to MAGE family (Melanoma Antigen gene—functions as drivers of tumorigenesis), namely, MAGEA9 (Melanoma-Associated Antigen 9), MAGE9B (Melanoma Antigen Family A9B), MAGEB6 (Melanoma-Associated Antigen B6) and MAGEC1 (Melanoma-Associated Antigen C1).
