By detecting the expression levels of the target proteins in the serum and liver tissue of mice in each group, we found that the levels of Ang II and AT1R-Ab in the serum of mice with higher progression of HCC were obviously increased, and the expressions of AT1R, PLC-β1 and CaM in the liver tissue of mice were also increased to different degrees. This evidence concerns the gene AGT and hepatocellular carcinoma.
