The majority of participants supported using treatment strategies that decreased the risk of COVID-19 infection–related complications, such as using neoadjuvant hormonal therapy in patients with HR-positive/HER2 negative breast cancer, using 6 months of adjuvant trastuzumab in selected patients with HER2-positive disease, and using hormonal therapy with dual anti-HER2 blockade in metastatic HR-positive/HER2-positive patients.
