In contrast, all p‐tau biomarkers had a very similar accuracy when distinguishing cognitively impaired Aβ pathology negative or CI− (non‐AD) from cognitively impaired Aβ pathology positive or CI+ (MCI+ and AD) cases (AUC235 = 0.98, CI95% = 0.94–1.00; AUC217 = 1.00, CI95% = 0.99–1.00; AUC231 = 0.98, CI95% = 0.95–1.00; DeLong217–235P = 0.12, DeLong231–235P = 0.66) (Fig 3D).
