Using a 30-segment mapping model and also implementing a similar total and a near-total agreement system, [68 Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 showed superior sensitivity vs. mpMRI for the detection of PCa (total agreement: 67% vs. 42%, respectively (p < 0.001), near-total agreement: 74% vs. 50%, respectively (p < 0.001)). This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
