ACER3 coregulates cell proliferation and survival with ACER2 (Hu et al., 2010) and plays an important role in leukemia development (Chen et al., 2016); while TCL6 is associated with clinical outcomes of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients (Cuadros et al., 2019); TFDP2 plays core roles in apoptosis and cell proliferation (Korz et al., 2002). This evidence concerns the gene ACER2 and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
