Finally, seven eRNAs (SLIT2, CLEC3B, LBPL1, FRY, RASGEF1B, DST, and ITIH5) were considered to have significant co-expression relationship in seven different dimension correlation networks constructed with 12 eRNAs, 13 differential transcription factors, 14 eRNA target genes in ERIC database, 22 immune cells of CIBERSORT, 17 immune gene set by ssGSEA, 18 hallmark of cancer signaling pathways by GSVA, and six immune cells. This evidence concerns the gene SLIT2 and cancer.
