In the BRCA1/2 mutant and the wild-type group, the cases that increased in serum CA125 level accounted for 81.5% (22/27) and 78% (89/117), respectively, and the cases with lymph node metastasis accounted for 37% (10/27) and 25.6% (30/117), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene BRCA1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
